SHIPPING INFORMATION
Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from Australia, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that extended processing times may occur during peak seasons.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to stay updated on your order's progress. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team at support@mojia.com.au
We are unable to stop or recall parcels once they have entered the postal system.
Shipping within Australia
- Standard Delivery:
- Free standard delivery on orders over $150.
- Standard delivery for orders under $150 is $10.
- Express Delivery:
- Available for all orders at a fee of $15.
- Please note that express delivery refers to the delivery time, not the despatch time.
International Shipping
- Standard Delivery:
- Free standard delivery worldwide for orders over $150.
- Standard delivery for international orders under $150 is $15.
International delivery times
International deliveries typically take between 7 and 28 days, depending on the local postal authorities.
International delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, border inspections, or other factors outside our control. If there are no tracking updates after the estimated delivery period, an investigation can only be raised after the carrier’s required waiting period has passed.
Parcels in transit
Once an order has been lodged with the postal system, we are unable to cancel or recall the parcel while it remains in transit. If a parcel is delayed but still moving through the postal network, it is not automatically eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
Refunds after despatch
If a refund is approved after an order has been despatched, any non-recoverable postage, shipping protection, customs, tariff, brokerage, or clearance fees already paid on the customer’s behalf may be deducted from the refund.
Carrier investigations
Where tracking shows no further movement, we will follow the relevant carrier’s investigation process before determining the next steps. Outcomes may include continued transit, carrier confirmation of delay, loss investigation, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
International Taxes, Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable tariffs and duties must be paid before the parcel leaves Australia. Mojia Australia prepays these charges, so no additional charges are payable on delivery.
For all other international destinations, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are payable once the item has arrived in the destination country.
Mojia Australia has no control over these charges and is unable to estimate them in advance.
